Privacy policy

Effective 29 September 2026

This policy covers the three Rising Stars games: Tattoo Star, Football Star and Runway Star. They’re published by Patientdesk AI, Inc. (“we” or “us”). It explains what happens to your information when you play.

The short version

What we collect

Nothing. The games don’t ask for your email address, your age or any other personal information, and they don’t ask to use your camera, photos, microphone, contacts or location. The only thing you type in is a name for your character, and it stays on your phone.

The games don’t connect to any server of ours, and they don’t send anything about how you play to us or anyone else. You can play without an internet connection. The only outside service the games use is Apple’s in-app purchase system, which shows prices and handles purchases.

What’s saved on your phone

Each game saves your career on your phone, so you can carry on where you left off. The save holds:

The save stays in the game’s own storage on your phone, and it isn’t sent to us or to any other online service. Like your other apps’ data, it’s included in your own iPhone backup, in iCloud or on your computer, if you back up your phone. Apple keeps those backups for you, and we never see them.

Your character’s name is only used inside the game, so it doesn’t need to be your real name.

To delete a career, tap Delete career at the bottom of the game’s Career tab. Starting a new career also replaces the old one. Deleting a game from your phone deletes everything it saved there.

No accounts, ads or tracking

Purchases

Some games may offer optional purchases, such as an energy refill. You never need one to play: energy comes back every week in the game, for free.

Apple handles every payment, through the App Store and your Apple Account. We never see your name, your email address or your payment details. The game only needs to know which item you bought, so it can give it to you.

Apple’s own privacy policy covers how Apple handles your payment: read Apple’s privacy policy.

What Apple tells us

Like every developer on the App Store, we get some information from Apple about how our games are doing, such as how many people downloaded them and how many items were bought. If you’ve chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone’s settings, Apple may also send us crash reports and usage statistics. None of this includes your name or anything else that tells us who you are.

Children

Runway Star is made for children. It works the same way as our other games: it collects nothing, shows no ads and has no third-party analytics or tracking. None of the games has chat or any way to contact other players.

If Runway Star offers something to buy, it first asks a question for a grown-up to answer, before Apple’s purchase screen appears. Parents can also turn on Ask to Buy or use Screen Time to control purchases.

We don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you’re a child and want to contact us, please ask a parent or carer to email us for you.

If you email us

If you email us, we’ll see your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to reply and help you. We don’t use it for marketing, and we don’t sell it. Ask us any time and we’ll delete our emails with you.

This website

This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or trackers, and it doesn’t load anything from other websites. The company that hosts it may keep basic technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run the site securely.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the games handle information, we’ll update this policy before the change reaches the games, and change the date at the top of this page.
